Fortified steak and chicken are good for your longevity.
Article: http://news.yahoo.com/s/livescience/20070326/sc_livescience/wormslivelongeronfortifiedsteakandchicken

The gist:  Addition of isotopes to food makes nematodes live longer.

A theory on why it works: Isotopes might reduce the action of free radicals, which are believed by scientists to be a potential cause of aging.  Free radicals float around your cell, potentially causing damage to DNA and other cellular machinery.

The bright side: Other studies have stressed caloric reduction as a means of living longer.  This study does not.  Gluttony prevails.

The down side: Eat too much and you might still die of cholesterol or a heart attack.  Besides, wouldn't we all like to get in on some even more mutated or otherwise genetically engineered chicken?  Delicious.  Especially when they're sporting 8 breasts each - that's a lot of bang for the buck.

Not exactly "organic": Perhaps not.  Decidely unnatural, actually, since isotopes just aren't naturally ingested in quantities such as these.  But then, smallpox vaccination via cowpox injection isn't exactly "natural" either.
