"Exercise may fend off arthritis in women"
Article: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070404/ap_on_he_me/fitness_arthritis_5

The gist: "Exercise may help fend off arthritis in women."  Seems self-explanatory.  If anything is unclear about this, please leave any questions you have have under the "comment" section.

Not to bore you or anything: Exercise is pretty important.  Does all these fancy schmancy things like lower stress, give jollies, etc.  It's universally recognized as a good thing.  So do it.

Funny thing: Arthitis can turn exercise into a particularly painful and/or difficult thing.  Ironically enough, it's apparently the people who don't exercise that face this problem more frequently.  Downward spiral, anyone?

What you should do: Avoid the downward spiral.  Live a longer life by living healthier.  Make quality of life the goal, and longevity will follow.
